For Returns Simplistically Sweet have a restriction on Returns. We will Accept the product(s) not used, damaged due to delivery, or if there is a default in the product itself. For full refund please keep order number or confirmation receipt. If package received damaged, please take a photo upon delivery.
Store credit for future purchase or exchange only on custom orders.

About Our Policy
Simplistically Sweet Candles are to be used in none confined areas. Away from anything flammable and out of the reach of children. The glass containers are reusable to the customer's discretion. They are to be handled with care and should be discarded once broken. On the bottom of each candle there is a warning label.
